猛虎下山，覘觀四周，尋伺弱肉，得以充飢。如老虎這特性，修行人應時時洞察「尋」、「伺」。《大智度論》釋「尋」為求事理的粗性作用，及「伺」為案事理的細性作用。修行人應攝心把散亂的心和攀緣的心集中起來。散亂的心，是胡思亂想。攀緣的心，是對外在的環境的追求。無論眼所見、耳所聞、鼻所嗅、嘴所嚐，只要是喜愛就貪取，不順意的就討厭。修行人若能直觀實相無相、念頭無物可緣、便能入三昧定境。 《大智度論》：「覺觀雖善，而是三昧賊。」所以不單要「無心」更重要的是如何不使「無心」變「有心」。猶如猛虎獵物，雖細察獵物足跡，但不被其跡迷亂，駐足宏觀，最後成功獵物。 望大家降伏汝心，善用其心，觀覘尋伺。 新禧春，新常態，新機遇，新衝刺。祈願諸位身心康寧，諸般迪吉。
